Names of everyone performing * List every musician or performer who will appear as part of the act. Bio * About 100–150 words, ready to use in the festival program and publicity.

A Publicity photo * JPG, PNG or WebP. Please use a clear, high-resolution image.

Contracts and payment

Upload your documents

For individuals and sole traders, the signed performer contract contains the additional personal, tax and superannuation information requested by the festival.

B Signed performance contract * PDF only. Please upload the completed and signed contract supplied by the festival. C Invoice with bank details * PDF only. Include bank details and separately show the performance fee, equipment hire, travel or accommodation reimbursements, and GST if applicable.

D Stage plot Optional. Upload a PDF, JPG or PNG showing your preferred stage setup.

I confirm the contract is signed and the invoice includes the required bank and itemised payment details.
